Join me as I guide you through the Myth of Aging Series

These foundational somatic movement series, created by Thomas Hannah, are designed to make moving easier as we age.

What is Living Somatics?

Living Somatics is a mindful movement practice that helps you reconnect with your body and feel at home in yourself.

Movements are mostly done on the floor, inviting you to slow down and move with comfort, ease, and awareness.

You’ll practice gentle movements that retrain your body to relax tight muscles and release tension caused by stress, injuries, or posture so your body can move with more ease and comfort.

As you practice, you’ll begin to move more freely, feel lighter, and experience greater balance—both physically and emotionally.

Rooted in principles from osteopathy, circadian body rhythms, and emotional awareness, Living Somatics offers a holistic path to healing and self-discovery. It’s not about stretching or pushing—it’s about listening, sensing, and returning to your natural state of ease and vitality.
